We reimagined a traditional Rajasthani feast into a modern grazing experience. This video shows how we blend culture and craft, with dishes like dal baati churma fondue and laal maas naan buns, creating an event that's both elegant and full of life.

For Dior's milestone celebration, the brief was minimal elegance. I designed a couture tasting experience with bite-sized brilliance, from salmon mousse puffs to pistachio sablés, proving that we don't just serve food, we style it.
My Lamb Birria Tacos are a true conversation starter. Slow-cooked, tender lamb served in mini tacos, they are a perfect example of the bold, global flavours I love to bring to my menus.
