Personal Training, Your Way
- One-on-one fitness coaching is our thing. My trainers work with you, not just for you.
- We’re big on form - I’ll call you out (nicely!) if you’re doing preacher curls wrong because safety comes first.
- Every program is custom. Too busy? I’ll squeeze a full-body session into 30 minutes. Want to try safe weight lifting guidance for heavier lifts? I’ll spot you, tension nahi (no worries).
- Nutrition advice for muscle gain or fat loss is part of the deal. We’re honest - abs banate hain kitchen mein (abs are made in the kitchen).

My Story
Hey, we’re Anytime Fitness GK2. Call us your second home, not just a gym. We started this place to build a family, not just a space with weights. Our story? It’s in the mom who finds her ‘me time’ here, the guy who dropped 10 kilos, and that member who now deadlifts 100 kg – Mohit bhai ke saath training ka mazaa hi alag hai (training with Mohit is a different vibe). We celebrate everything – birthdays, Navratri, even those random wins. You’ll feel the vibe, promise.
