Monthly Personal Training (12 Sessions)
Training Logistics
- Frequency: 12 sessions typically scheduled 3 times per week.
- Session Duration: 60 minutes of dedicated floor time per session.
- Trainer: Certified trainer assignment based on slot availability (typically 6 AM to 9 PM).
- Note: Gym membership for general floor access is a separate cost.
Coaching & Safety
- Active Spotting: Hands-on assistance for heavy lifts to prevent injury.
- Form Correction: Real-time feedback on posture and angles to ensure target muscle engagement.
- Logistics: Trainer handles equipment setup, loading plates, and re-racking weights.
- Tracking: Trainer logs lift weights to ensure progressive overload.
Nutrition & Tracking
- Diet Counseling: Structured meal guide based on caloric deficit or surplus needs.
- Progress Check: Monthly Body Composition Analysis (BCA) to track fat percentage and muscle mass.
- Support: Informal WhatsApp access for doubt clearing during working hours.
12-Week Transformation Package (36 Sessions)
Program Structure
- Volume: 36 personal training sessions valid for 3 to 4 months.
- Phased Training: Routine changes every 4 to 6 weeks (e.g., Strength to Hypertrophy phase) to prevent plateauing.

- Every program is custom. Too busy? I’ll squeeze a full-body session into 30 minutes. Want to try safe weight lifting guidance for heavier lifts? I’ll spot you, tension nahi (no worries).
- Nutrition advice for muscle gain or fat loss is part of the deal. We’re honest - abs banate hain kitchen mein (abs are made in the kitchen).

Hey, we’re Anytime Fitness GK2. Call us your second home, not just a gym. We started this place to build a family, not just a space with weights. Our story? It’s in the mom who finds her ‘me time’ here, the guy who dropped 10 kilos, and that member who now deadlifts 100 kg – Mohit bhai ke saath training ka mazaa hi alag hai (training with Mohit is a different vibe).
