Standard Personal Training
Session Structure
- Frequency: 12 sessions valid for 1 month (approx. 3 sessions per week).
- Coach: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with 1-3 years experience.
- Duration: 60 minutes of active floor time per session.
Training Scope
- Focus: General weight loss, muscle toning, and machine familiarization.
- Safety: Real-time form correction and spotting assistance during lifts.
- Recovery: 5-minute assisted post-workout manual stretching.
Nutrition & Tech
- Diet: Basic dietary advice and clean eating charts (non-clinical).
- Tracking: Monthly Body Composition Analysis (BCA) to track fat and muscle percentage.
- App: Usage of Anytime Fitness Coaching app for workout logging.

- Facility Access: Gym membership is a separate cost and is strictly not included in this coaching fee.
Elite Specialist Coaching
Advanced Coaching
- Coach: Senior/Master Coach with 4+ years specialized experience.
- Duration: 60-75 minutes including advanced warm-ups and cool-downs.
- Methodology: Instruction on complex movements (TRX, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes) and compound lifts.
Specialization & Recovery
- Focus: Tailored for injury rehabilitation, functional strength, or rapid transformation.
- Therapy: Includes trigger point release and advanced PNF stretching for mobility.
Lifestyle Management
- Nutrition: detailed macronutrient breakdown (protein/carb/fat) based on BMR.
- Accountability: Daily check-ins regarding sleep, water, and steps via WhatsApp.
- Monitoring: Weekly progress tracking (measurements and weight).

7500 sqft of all the gear you need: from dumbbells to fancy machines, spin bikes to cable stations. Functional training, strength, cardio, even flexibility - it's all covered. Recovery and stretching? Yes, we do that too.
