- 12 private sessions (60 mins each) scheduled 3 days a week.

Assessments & Nutrition
- 1 Evolt 360 body composition scan to track muscle mass and fat percentage.
- Basic diet chart with macro breakdowns (protein/carb/fat) and food suggestions.
Support Features
- Trainer assisted passive stretching (5 to 10 mins) post workout.
- Equipment reservation and setup during peak hours to minimize wait times.
- Attendance tracking and follow ups for missed sessions.
Quarterly Transformation (36 Sessions)
Advanced Programming
- 36 sessions valid for 90 days with flexible frequency (3x to 5x weekly).
- Periodized roadmap changing monthly (Conditioning to Strength to Hypertrophy).
- Manual logging of weights lifted to ensure progressive overload week on week.
Monitoring & Adjustments
- 6 Evolt 360 scans (one every two weeks) to track fat loss and water retention.
- Monthly diet plan updates to adjust calorie targets based on metabolic adaptation.
- Lifestyle coaching covering sleep hygiene and non gym activity levels.

- Priority slot booking for peak hours (7 AM to 9 AM or 6 PM to 8 PM).

My Story
At Anytime Fitness, honestly, gym toh hai hi, but hum log use 'Anytime Fun' bhi bolte hain. Regular aana kaafi logon ke liye task lagta hai, par humne yahan ka vibe family jaisa bana diya. Trainers are super chill and helpful - they push you, cheer for you, sometimes even joke about PTM if you skip leg day! Members say club is always clean, trainers are best, aur strangers bhi dost ban jaate hain. Yahi hai hamara proud moment.
