Every outfit starts with a conversation and a sketch. Here is a look at how we translate your vision into hand-stitched reality at our Nagarbhavi studio.

Ellarigu namaskara! Here I am with a client's collection, explaining the unique details of each piece. It's so important to me that every client gets something special, whether it's for a wedding or another grand event. Everybody deserves to look beautiful!

Here I am with our client Bindu's order. We not only sourced the perfect orange saree for her but also designed a custom navy blue blouse with aari work and added matching tassels (kuchu) to the saree pallu for a complete look.

Hello everyone! I'm showcasing a special blouse for my friend Rupali in London. She loves butterflies, so we incorporated a beautiful butterfly motif in the aari and zardozi work and even in the saree tassels.

I am so happy to announce the launch of Anthariya Silks and Sarees! Here, you will find my handpicked collection of Kanjivaram, Mysore silk, and crepe sarees, all reflecting my personal design taste.

The design process is a journey I take with every client. It begins with understanding their vision, sketching out ideas, and carefully selecting the best materials to bring their dream outfit to life. Thank you for trusting us.

From the initial fabric to the final creation. This video shows the journey of a beautiful half saree, featuring a pleated tissue skirt and a vibrant red embroidered blouse and dupatta.

About this collection

You won't find mass-produced patterns here. Whether we are sketching a butterfly motif for a client or matching a navy blue blouse to a Kolar-sourced saree, I start by sitting down with you to understand your comfort level and fabric preference. We do not just stitch; we look at the fabric's weight and your specific event, ensuring your final piece is wearable, not just heavy.

At Anthariya, we believe fashion should not be one-size-fits-all. When you step into our Nagarbhavi studio, the process begins with a conversation, not a catalog. We discuss what makes you feel grand, whether that is for a muhurtham, a reception, or a simple festive gathering.

The Design Journey

  1. The Vision: We start with your ideas. If you have a specific motif in mind, like a butterfly or a traditional peacock, we sketch it out to ensure it translates perfectly to the fabric. This is where your personality comes into the design.

  2. Fabric & Work: Not every fabric can take heavy Zardozi. We guide you on pairing the right material—like crepe silk or organza—with the appropriate handwork so the outfit remains comfortable to wear for hours.

  3. Handcrafted Finish: From Aari and Zardozi work to custom tassels (kuchu), every detail is added by hand. We finish edges with precision and ensure that what you see in the sketch is what you get in the final fitting.

We understand that getting custom outfits can be stressful, which is why we handle everything from vendor sourcing to the final finishing touches. This is slow fashion with soul, designed to fit your body and your vision perfectly.
