My online coaching isn't just a generic PDF sent to your inbox. Every week, I personally analyze your progress photos and send back audio critiques on your conditioning, water retention, and form. Whether you are in Mewat or Uttam Nagar, we don't guess—we identify your weak points and adjust your diet and training only after seeing exactly what your body is doing.

Online coaching with me is not for people looking for easy ways out. When you join Team Anirudh, you get the same 'Old School' intensity that my in-person athletes get at Muscle Strong Gym in South Delhi. We don't play guessing games with your health.

The Process

We keep it simple and effective:

  • Diet: No complicated foreign ingredients. We use traditional Indian sources like rice, roti, and home-style meals to hit your protein and carb goals.
  • Training: You get a structured split focused on heavy compound movements to build muscle that lasts, not just water weight.
  • Accountability: You send the updates, and I send the feedback. If your chest is flat or your legs are lagging, I will tell you. That is the brotherhood—we fix the mistakes together.
