Our foundation is built on the ancient principle of 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam', which means we view the whole world as one family. We moved away from the idea that yoga is limited to physical exercise, focusing instead on the holistic balance of vata, pitta, and kapha to promote genuine health.

Our Approach to Learning

We have bridged the gap between traditional gurukul-style learning and modern needs. Our 200-hour teacher training program is Yoga Alliance accredited, providing you with a global credential while you learn in a supportive, community-driven environment.

We understand that life is busy, so we offer flexible options:

• In-Studio Training: Our Sector 51 Noida center is an AC-equipped space designed for focused learning, featuring wooden flooring and a traditional Havan setup to begin and end our sessions.
• Hybrid Methodology: For those unable to attend in person, our live online sessions replicate the studio experience. We use real-time verbal cues and correction to ensure you are practicing safely, just as you would if you were standing on the mat in front of us.
