Our Guiding Philosophy

Yoga is a path that goes beyond the mat. At Nirakula, we believe in movement, breath, and community as the pillars of a balanced life.

My co-founder and I begin our practice with Anjali Mudra, a gesture of reverence and gratitude. This simple act reflects my teaching philosophy: to approach every class and every student with respect, creating a space where you feel supported and honored on your path to motherhood.

I believe in living the practice of yoga, not just teaching it. Finding moments to connect with my breath in nature, as shown here, grounds my teaching in a deep sense of peace and respect for the world around us. I bring this same calm, centered energy to every prenatal and postnatal class I lead.

About Our Guiding Philosophy

For us, yoga is not just the pose you hold, but how you breathe when life gets chaotic. When you step into our studio in Koramangala, you are not just joining a fitness class. You are finding a rhythm that connects your movement, your breath, and your life outside the mat, whether you are here for prenatal support or a deep dive into philosophy.
