Every gravy here starts with a slow-cooked base, not pre-made mixtures. Whether it’s our signature Butter Chicken or the Mutton Biryani, we can adjust the spice levels exactly how you like them—even if you want something not on the printed menu.
Our kitchen follows the traditional 'Dum' process for our biryanis, layering marinated meat with saffron-infused basmati rice to ensure the flavours meld perfectly. When you order our Mutton or Chicken Biryani, you aren't just getting rice; you’re getting that specific slow-cooked depth that takes hours to achieve.
For gravies, we focus on balancing the richness of our creamy Mughlai bases—like our Lawabdar Chicken—with the right amount of tang and spice. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all dining. If you’re coming in for a group feast or a private daawat, tell us your preferences ahead of time. We can tweak our preparations, suggest combinations, or even cook off-menu specials like our signature Al Safeer Rice to suit your taste.
