About Soups & Refreshments
Our soups are prepared fresh daily using slow-simmered broths, not pre-made bases. When you order our Manchow or Hot and Sour, you get that authentic spice kick and the crunch of fried noodles, just the way you expect from a local favourite on Mohammed Ali Road.
We believe the first sip or spoon sets the tone for your entire meal. That is why we do not cut corners. Our Tom Yum packs a genuine punch with Thai herbs, while our Sweet Corn is creamy without being heavy. If you want something light, our Clear Soup is a clean, broth-based favourite among our regulars who prefer something simple.
Once the soups are done, our refreshment menu is designed to handle Mumbai's heat. Our mocktails, like the classic Mojito or our fruit-based coolers, are shaken to order.
