These are our melting in the mouth chicken lollipops. They are fried until golden and served coated in a savoury sauce, making them a classic and delicious starter.
A unique take on a classic, our Candy Kulfi is actually a savoury chicken starter. Chicken is shaped like a kulfi, fried, and served on a stick, making it a fun and tasty appetizer.
About Chef's Signature Starters
You'll notice our signature starters are often served on hot sizzler plates—that is a deliberate choice. We fry the chicken fresh and finish it with our house-made sauce right at the table to ensure that when it reaches you, the dish is still bubbling, crisp, and full of flavour. If you are coming with friends, I recommend starting with our Chinese Mix Platter to sample the Double Cooked Chicken, Cocktail Candy, and Black Pepper varieties all in one go.
When we designed this starter menu, we didn't want to just serve appetizers. We wanted dishes that force you to pause and appreciate the effort behind the recipe.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are these dishes suitable for large groups? Absolutely. We designed our Chinese Mix Platter specifically for tables of 3-4 people so you don't have to choose just one flavor. It includes nine pieces across three of our most popular signatures.
Can I customize the spice levels? Everything is cooked to order in our kitchen, so yes. If you prefer your starters without the extra chili kick or want a bit more of our signature sauce, just let the server know when you place your order.
Is there seating available for evening diners? We are located right on Mohammed Ali Road and get quite busy in the evenings. We recommend calling ahead for reservations, especially if you are coming with a group of more than six people.
