I bring ancient legends to life through the grace of Bharatanatyam. Whether for a festival or a cultural program, I create devotional narratives that honor our traditions with authenticity.

About Dance of the Divine: Mythological Storytelling

When we choreograph mythological pieces like Shiv-Parvati or Navadurga, the most important element is Abhinaya. It is not just about the steps; it is about how the dancer holds their posture and uses their eyes to convey the deity's power. I spend extra time with my students focusing on these subtle facial expressions to ensure the character feels authentic, not just like a costume on stage.
