I always start with a 3D visualization to ensure that your TV unit or seating arrangement doesn't just look good on paper, but feels right for your daily movement. We test these layouts so you avoid the common mistake of overcrowding, ensuring your family space remains open and well-lit, regardless of the room size.
Architecture as a Science
My approach to interior design is rooted in architectural principles. I do not just pick colors or decor; I analyze how you move through a room. Whether we are planning a duplex living area or a compact apartment, the goal is to optimize every square foot.
Why Vastu Matters
Many clients ask for Vastu-compliant interiors. I apply Vastu as a science, not a ritual. This means placing your seating to maximize natural light and ensuring the airflow remains unobstructed. If a client wants to retain existing structural elements—like an orange-painted wall from a previous layout—I find creative ways to integrate those choices into a modern, cohesive design rather than insisting on a total teardown.
The Process: From Sketch to Reality
- Concept & Visualization: We start with your ideas and translate them into 3D walkthroughs. This lets you see the lighting, texture, and spacing before we buy a single piece of material.
- Material Selection: We go through samples together. Whether you prefer natural veneers, high-pressure laminates, or stone accents, we ensure the materials are durable for high-traffic family areas.
- On-Site Supervision: I manage the build process. I am on-site to ensure the false ceiling lighting, electrical points, and carpentry align perfectly with the original design.
Balancing Function and Aesthetics
I frequently use design elements like fluted glass partitions to separate dining and living zones without blocking light. It keeps the space feeling connected while providing a clear sense of order. If you need a media unit, I design it to hide wires and clutter, keeping the focus on your screen and decor.
