Functional Bathroom and Vanity Designs
A bathroom should work as hard as the rest of your home. I focus on layouts that prioritize airflow, easy maintenance, and smart storage to keep your space clutter-free.
A luxurious dark-themed bathroom design. This space uses slate-grey tiles, a backlit circular mirror, and ribbed wall paneling to create a moody and sophisticated atmosphere, enhanced by indoor plants.
This video shows the before-and-after of a bathroom renovation. You can see the transformation from a basic concrete shell to a fully tiled and finished modern bathroom with a false ceiling and vanity.
A 3D animation of a vanity area, featuring a large circular mirror, a floating counter with integrated storage, and warm, ambient lighting. This visualization helps perfect the design before implementation.

Creative and rustic washroom design for a commercial space. This project uses concrete walls, bamboo-detailed doors, and unique signage to create a memorable and thematic user experience.
About this collection
The biggest challenge in bathroom renovation is moisture management, not just choosing the right tiles. My process begins with structural checks for drainage and ventilation before we plan the vanity storage. This ensures your space stays durable and clean, rather than just looking polished for the first few months.
Beyond Aesthetics
When I design a bathroom, I look at it as a piece of infrastructure. It needs to handle water, humidity, and daily traffic without showing wear. Most people focus on the mirror and the lighting, but a functional bathroom is built on what you cannot see: the slope of the floor for drainage, the quality of the BWP (Boiling Water Proof) plywood used for vanities, and the positioning of plumbing points.
My Approach to Vanities
I design vanities that maximize storage without making the room feel small. Using 3D visualization, we can test different counter heights and storage layouts before construction begins. Whether you prefer a sleek, dark-themed look with ribbed paneling or a rustic, minimalist style, the construction method remains the same:
- Material Selection: I specify BWP-grade materials for all wet areas to prevent swelling and rot.
- Vastu Alignment: Even in small spaces, I look at the placement of the WC and vanity to ensure the room feels balanced and allows for proper natural light and airflow.
- Lighting: I integrate profile lights and backlighting around mirrors, which adds depth to smaller bathrooms while providing task lighting where you need it most.
The Renovation Process
If we are renovating an existing bathroom, I handle the complete cycle. This includes the demolition of old fixtures, waterproofing of walls and flooring, and the final installation of vanities and sanitaryware. By keeping the design and execution under one roof, I ensure that the plumbing layout we plan on paper matches exactly what gets installed on-site, preventing costly rework.
