Aiki Jujutsu Training in Bangalore to Master Mind and Body
Martial arts is not about fighting or showing off. It is about training your body mechanics to avoid conflict. Join me to build real strength and discipline.
*Tumhare sharir se zyada zaroori kuch nahi hai yaar.* This is the core of my teaching. Here I demonstrate bo staff movements that build coordination and strength, reminding us that our health is our greatest wealth.
I offer dedicated self-defense classes for women, including special batches for homemakers. These sessions focus on practical skills, building real confidence, and learning to handle fear in a supportive environment.
For experienced martial artists, yoga masters, or sports instructors, I offer a fast-track program to earn an additional Black Belt in Atemi Jujutsu. This hybrid course combines online and offline training to certify you as a teacher.
Many people think martial arts is only about fighting. In this video, I explain my philosophy that true martial art teaches you how *not* to fight, focusing instead on mastering your mind and overcoming your own thoughts.
This is our dojo. Here I am with my students, a community built on discipline, respect, and the shared journey of self-improvement in Aiki Jujutsu.
With a bokken (wooden sword) in hand, I am reminded to always push boundaries and never limit myself. This discipline, practiced in nature, is about growing stronger in mind and body each day.
I open the door, but you must enter. I offer many paths, from personalized training to group and family classes, both online and offline. Your journey begins when you decide to start.
About this collection
Most people think training requires a gym or expensive equipment, but Aiki Jujutsu is about body mechanics you can practice anywhere. If you choose my online classes, the only strict requirement I have is that you bring a training partner of similar strength to ensure safety during our partner drills.
My philosophy is simple: Tumhare sharir se zyada zaroori kuch nahi hai yaar (Nothing is more important than your body, man). When you look at the images on this page, you are not seeing an athlete looking for a fight. You are seeing a practitioner learning how to manage fear and posture. Whether you are a homemaker looking for practical self-defense, a family wanting to build a shared discipline, or an existing black belt seeking master certification, my dojo in Bangalore provides a space to grow.
Why Train with Me?
I do not teach you how to shout, jump, or break things for sport. I teach you how to not become a victim of your own thoughts or your circumstances. We focus on:
- Panic Management: Psychological conditioning to keep you calm when things go wrong.
- Body Mechanics: Using leverage and movement, not brute force, to protect yourself.
- Consistent Growth: We run classes in both Malleswaram and Koramangala, with hybrid online options for those who cannot travel to the dojo.
The Path You Choose
I open the door, but you must enter. I have curated specific paths for different needs:
- Women's Self-Defense: Practical drills for situational awareness and escape mechanics, designed for real-world scenarios.
- Family Sessions: Training together creates trust and shared discipline. It is a digital detox for kids and a bonding experience for parents.
- Instructor Certification: For those who already have a black belt in other styles, I offer a fast-track hybrid program to get certified in Aiki Jujutsu.
Don't wait for the perfect time to start. If you wait until you are ready, you will be waiting for the rest of your life.
Aiki Jujutsu Martial Arts School
I am Ramesh Rao. For 30 years, I have walked the path of Aiki Jujutsu, and now I open my dojo to those ready to learn. I don't sugarcoat the process—it requires discipline, but it will change how you see your own strength.
