Aiki Jujutsu Training: Master Body Mechanics and Flow
Real strength isn't about fighting; it’s about controlling your own body and mind. Join my Aiki Jujutsu sessions to master the balance and discipline that turn chaos into calm.
This is a demonstration of two-staff coordination drills. This exercise improves ambidexterity, focus, and the fluid body mechanics that are central to Aiki Jujutsu.
Your body is more capable than you think. Here, I hold a ready stance with a bokken, a position that requires focus, balance, and control, principles I teach in every class.
*Tumhare sharir se zyada zaroori kuch nahi hai yaar.* This is the core of my teaching. Here I demonstrate bo staff movements that build coordination and strength, reminding us that our health is our greatest wealth.
Aiki Jujutsu teaches you to protect yourself from physical, mental, and emotional harm. This stance demonstrates the grounding and stability needed to remain calm under pressure.
Every year is a chance to rebuild. This bo staff practice shows the discipline of coming back stronger, a key lesson in my comeback-themed training.
Practicing with the sword by the water connects me to the elements. This training is about finding flow and realizing that with focus, anything is possible.
Watch the blur of the two staffs. This is not just speed, but a deep connection between mind and body, a skill we develop through consistent practice.
About this collection
I do not teach you to punch. I teach you how to stand, how to breathe, and how to use your structure against a force that is stronger than you. Whether we are using the bo staff to correct your posture or practicing empty-hand mechanics, the goal is always to protect yourself by staying grounded. You don't need to be fit to start, you just need to be honest about where you are today. For online sessions, you will need to arrange a training partner locally to ensure safety while we work on these mechanics.
The Philosophy of Aiki Jujutsu
Martial arts is not about aggression. It is about understanding the mechanics of your own body so you do not become a victim of circumstances. My approach is simple: mind, body, and spirit must align. We focus on breathing and posture to create stability, whether you are dealing with physical threats or everyday stress.
What We Cover
- Weaponry & Flow: We use the bo staff and bokken (wooden sword) not to fight, but to teach your body to move with grace and power. These drills improve ambidexterity, focus, and fluid motion.
- Body Mechanics: We look at how to generate force from your core. You will learn to use leverage rather than muscle. This is essential for students of all ages, from 12 to 70.
- Self-Defense: We cover situational awareness, panic management, and practical escape mechanics. This includes handling wrist grabs, chokeholds, and identifying danger before it escalates.
How to Train With Me
I run small group sessions in Malleswaram and at Nirguna Mandir in Koramangala. Keeping the group size to 10-15 students allows me to personally correct your movements. If you cannot make it to the dojo, I offer online classes. However, remember that for these to be effective, you must have a partner with you.
Tumhare sharir se zyada zaroori kuch nahi hai yaar (Nothing is more important than your body, man). If you are looking for a place to get stronger without the ego of a typical gym, this is it. Do not wait for the perfect time, just start.
