About Behind the Scenes: How We Work
You see the final stage and the pretty mandap, but the real magic is in the 3D planning and the on-ground execution. My team and I handle the heavy lifting, from erecting complex structures in challenging weather to coordinating vendor logistics, so that when you arrive, everything is exactly where it needs to be.
When we say we handle the planning, we mean the logistics, the vendors, and the physical setup. You might see a beautiful, finished Sangeet stage, but we see the trusses, the lighting rigs, and the hours of coordination required to make it safe and stunning.
We start with 3D walkthroughs. This allows us to show you your venue layout before we book a single vendor, preventing those last-minute surprises. Whether we are setting up a mandap in a Mysore palace or managing a pool party in Chennai, our 5-person on-site team is there to manage vendors, troubleshoot weather, and handle the guest logistics.
We cover everything from the 'Banana Grove' Haldi themes to complex Sangeet sound systems. My role is to be your 'couple shadow'—handling phone calls, managing the flow of the event, and ensuring that if a relative needs help or a vendor is running late, you never hear about it. We want you to focus on the rituals and the celebration, while we handle the chaos.
