About Behind the Scenes: Our Process
We do not hide the wires, the ladders, or the coffee-fueled late nights because that is exactly where your wedding happens. While the guests enjoy the seamless flow, our team of 8 to 12 members is on the ground managing every vendor connection and lighting cue to make sure the moment is not just left to luck.
Planning a wedding is less about sitting in boardrooms and more about being in the middle of the action. Whether we are managing a beach wedding in Goa or a heritage celebration in a Rajasthan fort, our process remains consistent. We handle everything from the initial budget allocation to the final logistics check at 3 AM.
Our team of 8 to 12 experts is not there to point fingers. We are there to fix, to coordinate, and to ensure the vendors we selected actually show up on time. We handle airport transfers, guest room allocations, and even the "couple shadows" who stay with the bride and groom all day, making sure you are hydrated and on schedule.
You see the finished photo of a floral mandap. We see the steel trusses, the weight-bearing calculations, and the florists we had to direct to get the color tone right. We take the mood boards we created together and turn them into a reality that holds up under the pressure of a real event.
