Decor & Theme
- Backdrop: 10ft x 10ft setup with dense marigold curtains or fresh banana leaves.
- Seating: Large brass Urli filled with petals or a decorated swing for the couple.
- Props: 30 to 50 custom badges (Team Bride/Groom), photo placards, and a basic floral jewelry set.
Entrance & Engagement
- Welcome Board: Easel stand with customized chalkboard or printed foam board.
- Photo Corner: Dedicated selfie spot with pop-art backdrops, decorated cycle, or floral frame.
- Audio: Basic PA system with 2 speakers and 1 microphone for music and announcements.
Coordination
- Logistics: Includes transport, setup, breakdown, and an on-site event coordinator.
Sangeet Concert-Style Production
