On-The-Day Execution (2 Days)

• Manpower: 1 Lead Planner + 2 On-site Coordinators.
• Ritual Assistance: Managing flow of ceremonies (e.g., ensuring props are ready for Kashi Yatre, timing the Unjal swing).
• Bride Shadow: One dedicated coordinator for the bride to handle saree adjustments, hydration, and emergency kit needs (safety pins, hair clips).
• Guest Handling: Ushering guests to seating areas and managing stage flow to prevent overcrowding during photos.

Design & Conceptualization

• 3D Virtual Previews: Creation of detailed 3D animated walkthroughs of the venue (Stage, Pathway, Entrance) to visualize the setup before execution.
• Theme Development: Custom mood boards for specific themes like 'Banana Grove' or 'Royal Maroon' with styling for linens and centerpieces.

Event Management Scope

• Multi-Event Coverage: Planning for Engagement, Sangeet (including lighting/LED backdrops), Haldi, and Wedding.
• Team Strength: 1 Lead Planner + 4 to 5 On-ground Staff to manage crowds of 500+ pax.
• Entry Concepts: Choreographing special entries (e.g., Groom signing contracts, Bride under floral chaddar).

Logistics & Entertainment

• Guest Management: Calling guests for RSVP and managing local transport transfers (Convention hall to Hotel).
• Artist Booking: Sourcing and managing traditional Chenda Melam drummers or DJs for cocktail parties.

Destination Logistics

• Hospitality Desk: Dedicated team managing hotel check-ins, room allocations, and welcome hampers for residential guests.
• Transport: Coordinating airport/railway station pickups and shuttle services between venue and accommodation.
• Venue Reconnaissance: Site visits to locations to finalize layouts and check local vendor capability.

Resort Event Production

• Activity Planning: Organizing engagement activities like Pool Parties, Carnivals, or rain dances.
• Weather Management: Creating and executing rain-backup plans (tenting/indoor shifts) for outdoor resort venues.
• Vendor Travel: Coordinating the travel and accommodation for Photographers, Make-up artists, and Priests traveling from Bangalore.

On-Site Supervision

• Production Oversight: Supervising setup of heavy structures (Trussing, Mandaps) 24 hours prior to events.
• Senior Team: Deployment of senior planning staff to the location for 3 days.
