Guest Logistics
At a destination wedding, guest experience is paramount. We handle everything from room allocation and airport shuttles to providing custom itinerary cards and welcome hampers. We ensure your guests feel pampered from the moment they arrive, using a 24/7 help desk to resolve any travel or accommodation issues immediately.
On-Site Chaos Handling
Our on-site team includes 8 to 10 coordinators who act as your shadow team. We manage the minute-by-minute itinerary, including cues for entrances and speeches. If the baraat is running late or if the weather shifts, we move the setup indoors and adjust the schedule instantly. You are there to marry the love of your life, and we are there to ensure the background mechanics of that moment never break.
