My Approach to Wedding Planning

I believe planning your shaadi should not feel like a second job. My role is to act as your partner, managing the chaos while you focus on the celebration.

Planning & Coordination From our first meeting, I focus on the details that define your event. I handle the full spectrum of wedding planning, including:

• Venue Scouting: Finding the perfect location, whether it is a beach resort in Bali, a scenic spot in Sri Lanka, or a farmhouse in Bangalore.
• Vendor Management: I coordinate with photographers, makeup artists, and DJs so you never have to juggle ten different contacts.
• Guest Logistics: For destination weddings, I manage room blocks, airport transfers, and hospitality desks to ensure your guests are comfortable from the moment they land.

Design & Cultural Sensitivity I love working with families to integrate cultural elements naturally. Whether it is sourcing a priest for a traditional ceremony, organizing pooja samagri, or ensuring buffet spreads include Jain and Satvik options, I respect the traditions that make your wedding yours.

What to Expect My approach is hands-on. For larger events, my team includes operations managers who handle technical production, including stage trussing and generators, while I provide shadow staff for the bride. We create detailed run-sheets for every event, so the flow from Sangeet to Reception is seamless.
