End-to-End Planning & Management
Pre-Wedding Logistics
- Venue Scouting: Research and booking assistance for venues in Goa, Mysore, Chennai, or Bangalore outskirts including rate negotiation.
- Vendor Sourcing: Vetting and booking of 8-10 key vendors (Photography, Makeup, Mehendi, DJ, Catering) with contract review.
- Budgeting: Creation of a detailed budget tracker and payment schedule reminders.
Design & Concepts
- 3D Walkthroughs: Creation of animated videos for key events like Mandap and Reception to visualize the setup before execution.
- Mood Boards: Theme curation for all events (e.g., Banana Grove for Haldi, Mystic Mandap for Wedding).
Guest Management
- RSVP Service: Follow-up calls for up to 200 guests and management of the final guest list.
- Room Allocation: Creating charts for rooming based on family preferences.
- Transport Logistics: Coordination of airport/railway station pickups and driver communication.
- Welcome Assistance: Assembling and placing client-provided hampers in guest rooms.
On-Site Execution
- Manpower: 1 Lead Planner and 4 Event Coordinators present on-site for 3 days.
- Couple Shadows: Dedicated assistants for the Bride and Groom to handle personal needs, phone management, and touch-ups.
- Production Oversight: Supervision of decor setup, sound checks, and lighting cues.
Signature Decor Package (3 Events)
Event 1: Sangeet (Evening)
- Stage: 24x16 ft stage with LED wall or floral/sequin backdrop and a selfie booth installation.
- Tech Setup: Professional Line Array sound system suitable for DJ and intelligent lighting (Par cans, Moving heads) on trusses.
- Entrance: Illuminated arch with themed props.
Event 2: Haldi (Morning)
- Theme: Organic setup using banana leaves, marigolds, and tuberose.
- Props: Brass Urlis for the couple and traditional wooden seating (jhula or antique bench).
- Seating: Diwans or mattresses with bright pink or orange cushion covers.
Event 3: Wedding (Morning/Noon)
- Mandap: 12x12 ft signature structure with draping and floral pasting (60 percent artificial, 40 percent fresh).
- Aisle: 30-40 ft carpeted pathway with 6-8 matching floral pedestals or hanging chandeliers.
- Guest Seating: 100 Tiffany or Chiavari chairs with cushions.
- Signage: Custom welcome board on an easel stand.
Logistics
- Transport: Trucking of materials from warehouse to venue (up to 250km radius).
- Labor: Includes accommodation and food for the setup crew.
