About Women's Self-Defense Workshops
Don't expect choreographed moves that only work in movies. We focus on real-world scenarios—what to do if grabbed, how to create space, and trusting your gut. You train on actual MMA mats with pro fighters like Surbala Devi, so you are learning mechanics that work regardless of your size or fitness level. It is a space where you can ask questions, make mistakes, and build the confidence to handle yourself outside the gym walls.

We strip away the fluff and focus on techniques like wrist release, chokehold escapes, and basic striking adapted for smaller frames.

- 4 Sessions Per Month: Every Sunday at 11:00 AM.
- Inclusive Gym Access: Your course fee includes unlimited access to The Movement Fitness Centre in Sarjapur, so you can train strength and cardio whenever you want during the week.
- No Judgement: Koi tension nahi (don't worry). We start from scratch and move aaram se (at your pace).
