Stop masking pain with machines. I find the root cause—whether it is a disc issue or just poor posture—and fix it through manual therapy and movement. Here is how I help patients regain their quality of life.

This before-and-after video shows a patient with severe cervical muscle spasm and radiating pain. After just one session of targeted manual therapy and exercises, his pain and movement restrictions were gone.

This patient, a makeup artist, had a reversal of her natural neck curve, causing severe chest pain. I'm performing a cervical chiropractic adjustment to restore mobility. This shows how poor posture can lead to serious symptoms that can be mistaken for other conditions.

The pain isn't always where the problem is. This patient had pain radiating down her arm, but the cause was in her neck. After a thoracic and cervical adjustment, the arm pain was gone, demonstrating the importance of a correct diagnosis.

A patient with cervical radiculopathy, or a pinched nerve in the neck, causing radiating symptoms. A combination of cervical chiropractic adjustments and manual therapy provided immediate relief from the radiating pain.

This is a complex case of lumbar canal stenosis and disc extrusion causing severe burning pain and muscle atrophy in the leg. We are using EMS combined with isometric hamstring exercises to rebuild muscle tone and strength.

This 60-year-old patient developed cervical myelopathy from a lifetime of sitting, causing weakness in all four limbs. We are working on functional strength exercises like squats to improve his quality of life and combat painful aging.

This patient wanted his back "opened up" due to stiffness and pain. A chiropractic adjustment for his lower back provided that immediate feeling of release and improved mobility. This is often the first step before we begin strengthening exercises.

Non-specific neck pain can often be resolved in a single session followed by a consistent home exercise program. Here, a patient shares his positive experience after his first treatment for neck pain.

This patient felt 70-80% relief from her mid-back pain after just one session. Her pain was caused by a sedentary lifestyle, and our treatment focused on chiropractic adjustments and targeted exercises to restore mobility.

About Conquering Back & Neck Pain

Many people come to my clinic thinking a simple adjustment or machine session will permanently fix their back pain. That is a myth. Whether your discomfort stems from a disc bulge, muscular stiffness, or a sedentary routine, my approach is to treat the source, not just the symptom. You will need to commit to the specific exercises I prescribe for home—if you are ready to do that work, we can make real progress together.

Finding the Root Cause

When you come to Ace of Spine, we do not start with machines. We start with a diagnosis. Often, patients arrive believing their back pain is the problem, but it is actually a symptom of something else—like tight hamstrings, a reversed neck curve, or nerve compression.

My Treatment Approach

My goal is to restore function. I use manual therapy, mobilization, and targeted exercises to help your body heal naturally.

  • Chiropractic Adjustments: These are used selectively for the spine, only when it is safe, to improve mobility and relieve acute stiffness.
  • Manual Therapy: This is my primary tool for releasing muscle spasms and restoring joint range of motion.
  • Exercise Prescription: Clinic sessions get you started, but your recovery happens at home. I teach you the specific movements your body needs to rebuild strength.

Why 'Quick Fixes' Fail

If you have been struggling with recurring pain, you have likely tried passive treatments that only offer temporary relief. True recovery takes patience and consistency. Whether it is cervical radiculopathy causing radiating arm pain, or lumbar canal stenosis making it hard to walk, there is no shortcut.

We begin with a thorough screening—often reviewing X-rays or MRIs—to ensure we are not guessing. Once we identify the trigger, we create a roadmap for your recovery. If you are tired of the 'dawai de do' (give me medicine) approach and ready to put in the effort to heal, I am here to help you get moving again.
