Sometimes, your shoulder pain’s real culprit is weak back muscles or bad posture. I’ll spend time figuring out your movement patterns and lifestyle, so nothing gets missed.
Recovery Tools
Your plan won’t be cookie-cutter. I mix hands-on manual therapy for athletes, dry needling for pain relief, cupping, and advanced tech like ultrasound and TENS. But machines aren’t magic - exercise is the real medicine. You get a personalized exercise program, not generic YouTube stuff. I use BOSU balls, bands, agility ladders - whatever fits your needs.

My Story
Hi, we’re Ace of Spine. Physiotherapy isn’t just machines and quick fixes, yaar. We’ve seen folks come in thinking one ‘chatka’ (crack) sorts everything. Nahi hota aisa. Once, a cancer survivor lost use of his arm because no one cared about his shoulder after surgery. That’s why we fight for real recovery, not just survival.
