I believe in practice that actually works, not just machines. Getting recognized by my peers at events like Physiofest for this approach is humbling, but my real award is seeing patients move pain-free.

Proud to have been a part of Physiofest Rishikesh. It's always an honor to connect with fellow professionals and share knowledge about empowering movement for a healthy life.

Sharing some 'gyaan ki baatein' (words of wisdom) at a recent physio event. I am passionate about educating both the public and other physiotherapists on the principles of correct, evidence-based practice.

It was an honor to be awarded at Physiofest. Recognition from my peers is humbling and motivates me to continue pushing the boundaries of what's possible in patient care.

Receiving an award from people who inspire me is a special feeling. I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn from and contribute to our amazing physiotherapy community.

A short clip from an awards ceremony where I was recognized for my work in busting myths and educating the public through my content. Thank you all for your love and support.

About Awards & Professional Recognition

Awards are nice, but they aren't why I do this. Whether it is at Physiofest or smaller local clinics, my focus remains on debunking the 'quick fix' culture that stops real recovery. I share these moments because I want you to know that there is a different, more effective way to treat pain—one that relies on your own movement, not just passive machines.

Physiotherapy in India often suffers from a misunderstanding. Many people think it is just about ultrasound or TENS machines. When I am invited to speak or receive recognition at events like Physiofest, it is not because I have the fanciest equipment. It is because I am constantly pushing for evidence-based practice.

My approach is different. I prioritize manual therapy, deep diagnostics, and tailored exercises that treat the root cause of your pain. When other physiotherapists and experts in the field recognize this work, it validates the shift we are trying to create: moving away from passive treatments and toward active, movement-based recovery.

Why Professional Recognition Matters to You

When you are choosing a physiotherapist, you want to know that your doctor is not just following a textbook from twenty years ago. My commitment to ongoing education, attending conferences, and engaging with the physiotherapy community means I stay updated on the latest research in neurology, orthopedics, and sports rehabilitation.

Whether you are dealing with a post-stroke recovery journey, a persistent sports injury, or chronic back pain, you need a therapist who understands the latest protocols. These awards confirm that the methods I use at Ace of Spine—whether it is dry needling, nerve flossing, or gait training—are respected by my peers and grounded in solid medical science. I do not just treat the injury; I treat the person. And the best recognition I can get is not a trophy, but seeing a patient who was told they would never walk again take their first few independent steps.
