Landmark Commercial & IT Park Architecture
We combine structural innovation and functional design to create commercial landmarks. Our approach focuses on long-term asset value through precise engineering, sustainable planning, and iconic aesthetics.
The Ruby stands as one of South Asia's tallest commercial buildings, a landmark on the Dadar skyline. Its design is notable for providing one of the largest column-less floor plates in the region, offering businesses ultimate flexibility in space planning.
This perspective of The Ruby showcases its dramatic cantilevered entrance, a feat of structural engineering. The bold form creates a powerful statement, reflecting the innovative and path-breaking approach we take with our commercial projects.
An aerial view of Rupa Renaissance in Navi Mumbai, a 1.8 million sq. ft. IT park designed for sustainability and efficiency. The project was built using composite steel construction to reduce costs and timelines while maximizing usable floor area for tenants.
A closer view of the Rupa Renaissance rooftop and facade, showing the branding and the building's signature color scheme. The design considers climate and sun incidence to create a comfortable and self-sustainable working environment.
An aerial drone shot of Naman Midtown, a 700,000 sq. ft. commercial building we completed in Elphinstone Road, Mumbai. The view highlights the building's massing, rooftop amenities, and its strategic location adjacent to key transportation infrastructure.

Our design for a commercial landmark in Mahape, which integrates a Hyatt Centric luxury hotel with state-of-the-art IT offices. The facade's interplay of glass, steel, and concrete fins creates a sophisticated and dynamic presence in the city's tech corridor.

About Landmark Commercial & IT Parks
Designing high-performance commercial space requires more than just aesthetics. We prioritize functional flexibility by utilizing column-less floor plates to maximize leasable area and composite steel construction to optimize structural efficiency. This ensures your asset remains adaptable to changing tenant needs while significantly reducing long-term maintenance and construction overhead.
Our approach to commercial architecture is defined by precision and foresight. Whether we are designing 1.8 million sq. ft. IT parks like Rupa Renaissance or landmark towers like The Ruby in Dadar, our process remains consistent: we integrate sustainability with business-first structural engineering.
Technical Precision & Methodology
We move beyond conventional design by implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) at Level of Detail (LOD) 300. This process allows us to detect clashes between HVAC, electrical, and structural systems before construction begins, preventing costly delays and reworks. For large-scale developments, we frequently employ composite steel construction. This methodology offers superior structural strength, faster slab cycles, and the ability to create expansive, column-free interiors that tenants demand.
Sustainability as Standard
We believe high-performance buildings must also be sustainable. Our designs frequently achieve IGBC Gold ratings by optimizing solar incidence and implementing green facade strategies that reduce the heat island effect. We focus on natural light and smart layouts that enhance workplace comfort, which in turn improves tenant retention and property value.
From Concept to Execution
Every project is supported by immersive visualization, including VR walkthroughs, so stakeholders can experience the lobby and floor plates before a single brick is laid. We manage the entire lifecycle, from FSI maximization and zoning strategies to site audits, ensuring the final structure is a physical manifestation of our original design intent.
