How We See Urban Architecture

I look at commercial and mixed-use architecture as more than putting up buildings. For me, it’s about shaping urban life in Mumbai and beyond, making places where people actually want to be – to work, hang out, live, shop, or just pass through. My aim is to blend work, leisure, and daily life all in one place, so the city feels more connected.

What Guides My Work

• I focus on integrated urban hubs, pulling together offices, retail, hotels, and homes into one buzzing space.
• Projects like The Ruby in Dadar show how I go for bold, iconic designs – sometimes huge, sometimes just clever with space and light.
• You’ll see glass, steel, and concrete in my projects, but I always try to balance modern looks with something solid and timeless, like stone podiums.
• Sustainability isn’t just a buzzword for me – IGBC Gold rated buildings, green façades, and water-saving systems are a regular part of my process.

How I Build

• I use advanced visualization in architecture – 3D modeling, parametric design, even VR mockups – to check every detail before anything gets built.
• Construction isn’t just about speed, it’s about precision and efficiency. Composite steel methods help get bigger, more usable spaces.

My Portfolio Highlights

• Vasai and Borivali projects: Mixed-use development projects with retail plazas, luxury residences, hotels, and green façades.
• Rupa Renaissance and Mahape: IT parks with energy-saving design and a mix of tech office plus hospitality.
