The Rupa Renaissance Project

This project represents our ongoing work in Navi Mumbai, focusing on energy-efficient IT infrastructure and commercial viability. The jury evaluation for the SSMB Awards focused on several key technical metrics:

• Structural Efficiency: Utilizing composite steel and concrete methods to minimize column presence, allowing for expansive, flexible workspaces.
• Environmental Integration: Designing for IGBC certification standards, which involves careful orientation to manage solar heat gain and facade performance.
• Urban Connectivity: Designing the project to function not just as an isolated office block, but as a space that integrates with existing transit infrastructure.
