About Signature Hand-Embroidered Blouses
I focus on the structural details that make a difference. Every piece comes with padded cups, double lining for comfort, and a professional trial process so the fit is exactly how you want it for your big day.
When you come to my Jayanagar studio, we do more than just pick a design. We sit down to sketch your vision, choosing the right necklines and sleeve lengths that work for your body and your chosen saree.
I work primarily with heavy Zardosi, French knots, Aari work, and coin work, ensuring the embroidery feels substantial and looks rich. My signature style often involves adding cut-work backs or statement necklines, which gives a modern edge to the classic Kanchivaram look.
Since these are custom-stitched pieces, the process includes two rounds of trials. This ensures that the raw silk or net fabric sits perfectly against your skin, and the handmade tassels or latkans are placed exactly right. Whether you need a heavy bridal blouse for a muhurtham or something slightly lighter for an engagement, we ensure the weight of the embroidery matches the occasion. We use premium raw silk and silk-cotton bases, and I always ensure there is extra margin inside the seams. This means you can keep these pieces in your wardrobe for years and adjust them as needed.
