I design unique bridal blouses to perfectly complement your Kanchipuram or Banarasi saree, using intricate Maggam and Aari handwork for a bold statement.

This pink velvet blouse features a sweetheart neckline and heavily embroidered sleeves. The design combines traditional zardozi patterns with a modern cut for a unique bridal piece.

About Hand-Embroidered Bridal Blouses

I specialize in a structured boutique fit, using princess cut or three-dart padding so the blouse sits exactly right on you. Before we start any heavy hand-embroidery, we will have a personalized sketching session to finalize necklines and sleeve lengths that truly flatter your specific silhouette.

Every blouse I create is an exercise in detail. Whether you have a specific Kanchipuram saree you need a match for, or you are looking for a standalone lehenga blouse, the goal is always comfort combined with aesthetic impact. I use heavy fabrics like raw silk, velvet, and organza as a base, ensuring they are double-lined with cotton for skin comfort and crepe for structure.

My embroidery process relies on traditional techniques like Zardozi, Katdhana, and French knots, often paired with pearl work and custom latkans. Because my work is entirely made to order, I can adjust motifs to suit your preference, such as incorporating elephant, peacock, or floral patterns that align with your wedding theme.

I often work with clients virtually across India. We start by discussing your ideas, I provide a sketch, and we tweak the details before a single thread is applied. This collaborative process is key to ensuring the final piece feels personal. All seams are overlocked to prevent irritation, which is a small but vital detail for long wedding ceremonies where you might be wearing the outfit for hours.
