My Journey
I used to work as a structural engineer, but building things outside just didn’t cut it for me after a while. I was searching for something deeper, something that would help me deal with all the overthinking and restlessness that kept coming up. Classical Hatha Yoga changed the way I look at everything - it’s given me a way to move from just chasing joy to actually feeling it from inside.
What Classical Hatha Yoga Really Is
This isn’t your regular stretching and bending class. Yoga, for me, means finding union - feeling like you and the world aren’t separate. The ancient yogic practices I offer are all about cutting through old patterns and bringing more balance, stillness, and clarity to your life. Flexibility happens, yes, but what matters more is a calm mind and a body that supports you, not fights you.
