Whether you need a massive outdoor setup for 200 guests or a more enclosed pandal for a winter reception, we provide the foundation—literally. We manage everything from ground leveling and synthetic carpet installation to dual-tone ceiling masking and chandelier lighting.
Logistics and Operations
A wedding involves dozens of moving parts. Our team manages the entire load-in and load-out process, which is critical in busy residential sectors or private farmhouses. We bring the chairs, tables, crockery, and sound systems in our own transport, ensuring every item is in place before your guests arrive. You do not have to hire a separate caterer or worry about whether the tables are set; it is all included in our service.
Seating and Dining
We organize the buffet stations to ensure a smooth flow of traffic for 150-200 people. You can choose between comfortable lounge-style sofa seating for the family and standard banquet arrangements for your guests. We provide experienced service staff, so the food management runs parallel to the event schedule, ensuring a professional and festive atmosphere from the grand entrance to the final course.
