We’ve been setting up celebrations since 2014, and honestly, our job is simple - you tell us what you’re celebrating, we handle the rest. No running around, no juggling vendors. Just hand over the headache and enjoy your day.

My Story
We’re Avinash and Abhay, and Aakar Tent & Events is our baby since 2014. Gurgaon’s events, big or small, we’ve probably set up in your sector already! Family pooja, house party, shaadi - sab kuch (everything) handled. You’ll spot our #aakarteam buzzing around from DLF to Sector 67, sorting out every little detail so you can actually chill and enjoy your day. We love seeing families celebrate without the usual event ka stress.
