Rooftop & Home Party Setup
Infrastructure & Furniture
- 15x15 ft artificial green grass turf or red carpet
- 30-40 PVC banquet chairs with white covers and satin sashes
- 4-5 round dining tables with full-length linen
- 1-2 pedestal mist fans or air coolers

- Spiral or organic balloon arch using approx. 300 balloons

My Story
We’re Avinash and Abhay, and Aakar Tent & Events is our baby since 2014. Gurgaon’s events, big or small, we’ve probably set up in your sector already! Family pooja, house party, shaadi - sab kuch (everything) handled. You’ll spot our #aakarteam buzzing around from DLF to Sector 67, sorting out every little detail so you can actually chill and enjoy your day.
