Dandiya nights with colourful canopies, Janamashtmi decorations, and full-on patriotic themes for Independence Day - tricolor gates, stages, and all. If your society wants a mela or an IPL screening, we bring the stalls, fairy lights, and casual seating for that fun, fair-like feel.

My Story
We’re Avinash and Abhay, and Aakar Tent & Events is our baby since 2014. Gurgaon’s events, big or small, we’ve probably set up in your sector already! Family pooja, house party, shaadi - sab kuch (everything) handled. You’ll spot our #aakarteam buzzing around from DLF to Sector 67, sorting out every little detail so you can actually chill and enjoy your day. We love seeing families celebrate without the usual event ka stress.
