From grand wedding pandals to vibrant home facades, this is a look at the range of event setups we handle across Gurugram. We take care of everything—tents, furniture, catering, and sound—so you can focus on your guests.
This is the kind of grand entrance I create for large wedding functions. The structure is decorated with pastel floral arrangements and elegant drapes, with warm uplighting to create a welcoming passage for guests arriving in the evening.
For home-based functions like a Mehandi or Sangeet, I transform the entire front of the house. Here you can see a full canopy of bright pink and yellow fabric drapes, creating a festive atmosphere right from the street.
Inside the main wedding tent, I arrange comfortable lounge seating for guests. This setup includes white sofas with red and pink chairs, creating a relaxed yet elegant space for people to gather during the reception.

Our Approach
We have been managing events in Gurugram since 2014. Whether it is a house warming hawan in a private residence or a full-scale wedding pandal in an open plot, our role is to handle the logistics so you don't have to.
What We Cover
- Home Facades & Entryways: We transform building exteriors with fabric draping and traditional marigold (genda phool) entrance gates. This is a popular choice for weddings and festivals.
- Functions: We specialize in Haldi, Mehandi, and Sangeet setups. This includes traditional jhoolas, bright canopy drapes, and the necessary audio systems for music.
- Tenting & Logistics: For larger events, we erect waterproof structures with complete ceiling masking, chandeliers, and ground carpeting. We also provide lounge seating, dining tables, and full buffet setups for 150-200 guests.
Why Work With Us
We are local to Gurugram and know the nuances of setting up in different sectors, from DLF to Sector 67. We do not use third-party vendors for critical items; we bring our own inventory of tents, furniture, and kitchen equipment.
