Pantone Landscape Paintings & Miniature Art
Small, intentional spaces of magic. My Pantone landscapes and miniature studies are where I practice, play, and find my calm amidst the city chaos.
A compilation of my weekly landscape paintings on Pantone cards. It's been a fun and consistent challenge for 8 weeks, and I love seeing them all together.
This might be my tiniest painting ever. Sometimes, letting my brush wander on a small surface takes me to a healing place that looks a little like this.
The best part of being an artist is creating a world from my imagination. This vibrant, imaginary forest is a place I can get lost in for as long as I want.
A small landscape study painted next to my colour wheel. It's a simple exercise in capturing the light and shadow of a grassy field.
Another look at my small landscape painting. These quick studies are a great way to practice and play with colours.
The process of creating a magical forest scene with watercolours. I love letting my brush wander and seeing what world emerges.
Holding up my tiny, vibrant forest painting. It's a small world of imagination that I can hold in my hand.
Adding details to my imaginary forest landscape. The layers of colour create a sense of depth and magic.
Another shot of my miniature forest painting. The colours are meant to evoke a sense of wonder and escape.
A close-up of my brushwork on a small, imaginative landscape. It's all about playing with colour and light.
About Creative Experiments: Pantone Landscapes & Tiny Art
These Pantone cards are my mini-canvas for healing. Whether it’s a quick study of a field or a detailed forest, each piece is a practice in mindfulness. If you’re looking for a small, personalized gift or a piece of art that fits in your palm, this is the style where I focus on pure, unadulterated play.
I often get asked why I paint on Pantone sample cards. The answer is simple: it forces me to work within constraints and find beauty in the smallest spaces. For me, art is not always about grand, large-scale murals—sometimes, it’s about a tiny, 20-minute exercise that grounds me before I start my day. Kya hi jaadu hai, finding these quiet moments.
Each miniature piece, whether it's a cozy house in the hills or a sunset in the woods, uses high-quality gouache or acrylics. These aren't just doodles; they are intentional studies of light, colour, and memory. Because they are compact, they make perfect, thoughtful gifts for loved ones or a unique addition to a cozy reading nook.
If you have a story, a specific location that holds meaning for you, or just a colour palette that makes you feel at peace, I can translate that onto a miniature canvas. We’ll spend a few minutes discussing what you want to capture, and I’ll paint it for you. It’s a small way to hold onto a memory, captured in paint.
