About this collection
We train in an open-air industrial studio where you will be using hex bars, sleds, and battle ropes under active coaching. You are not just following a video on a screen here. Our floor coaches are right there on the turf to correct your form, count your reps, and spot your heavy lifts so you can push your limits safely.
Why Functional Fitness Matters
Functional fitness is about preparing your body for the demands of real life. Whether you are lifting groceries, running to catch a bus, or playing a sport, your body needs to move as one unit. Instead of isolating muscles on machines, I focus on compound movements that recruit multiple muscle groups to improve your coordination, balance, and core strength.
The A3 Method
We do not believe in cookie-cutter routines. Every session is designed around science-backed training cycles. We use:
- Agility Drills: To improve your quickness and change of direction.
- Functional Tools: Sleds, battle ropes, and resistance bands to build explosive power.
- Progressive Overload: Ensuring you get stronger over time, not just tired.
Your Environment
Our facility in Indiranagar is an open-air, industrial space. We have AstroTurf flooring and plenty of airflow, creating a raw environment where the focus is entirely on your performance. We do not have AC, but we have a dedicated community that keeps the energy high.
