Why 'Lifting Heavy' Matters

Many people, especially women, fear that lifting heavy weights will lead to bulk. The science says otherwise. Heavy, compound movements—like the barbell deadlifts, hip thrusts, and squats you see in our gallery—are the most efficient way to build a strong posterior chain, improve bone density, and boost your resting metabolic rate. We use tools like the Hex bar, Prowler sled, and squat racks to make these movements accessible and effective for everyone, from beginners to pro athletes.

Our training happens in an open-air, industrial-style studio in Indiranagar. There is no AC, just fresh air, functional gear, and a group of people who are there to put in the work.
