Art Exhibitions and Creative Events
Exhibiting my work is where the art truly comes to life for me. Here are some moments from my exhibitions and live art events, where I love sharing the stories behind my sketches with fellow art lovers.

About Exhibitions & Art Events
At my exhibitions, I do not just hang frames on a wall. I set up spaces where people can get close to the specific textures of my work, like the raw grain of my toned kraft paper or the fine details of my ink lines. Seeing someone point to a drawing and sharing what they feel about the object depicted is the most rewarding part of the entire process.
Connecting Through Art
For me, an exhibition is an extension of my sketchbook. It is an opportunity to take the private act of creating and turn it into a shared experience. Whether I am at the Indian Institute of World Culture (IIWC) Art Gallery or participating in a local Art Part event, my goal is to make art accessible and relatable.
Why I Love Live Events
These events allow me to step away from my workspace and into the community. When I display my object studies, I often bring along the original items or sketches, so visitors can see how a simple daily object becomes a piece of art. It is humbling to hear visitors tell me how they see their own daily lives reflected in my drawings of things like toothbrushes, wood apples, or street scenes.
What You Will Find at My Exhibits
If you visit one of my showcases, you can expect to see:
- A mix of formats: From detailed ink work and traditional Kalamkari to quick, spontaneous pen sketches.
- Process transparency: I love showing how a sketch evolves from a rough line on toned paper to a finished study with shading.
- Casual conversations: I am always happy to talk about the 'why' behind a piece, whether it was inspired by a temple visit in Karnataka or a quiet morning at home.
I treat every exhibition as a conversation. I am grateful for the mentors like Kishore Joseph Sir and the friends who have visited my shows and shared their thoughts. It helps me grow as an artist and keeps me grounded in the reason I create: to capture the beauty in the ordinary.
