My process varies based on the subject. For quick observations, I prefer working on-the-spot with pen and ink. When I am in the studio working on detailed object studies or portraits, I prefer toned tan or brown paper. This gives me a unique base to build layers of light and shadow, creating depth that plain white paper often lacks.

I treat my work as a continuous conversation with my surroundings. If you are looking for something specific, my process allows for a lot of flexibility. From selecting the paper size to choosing the mounting style, I keep the finish professional yet personal. I ship my works across India, and I make sure they are flat-packed between rigid honeycomb boards to prevent bending or creasing during transit.
