This is my idea of a perfect Friday night in. A fun, energetic Bhangra routine is the best way to kick off the weekend and shake off the stress of the week.

Keep calm and Bhangra on. This is a classic, simple Bhangra sequence that shows how anyone can get into the rhythm and enjoy this powerful dance style.

Dancing on my terrace to this awesome "Palpita" track, which has a great Bhangra-fusion feel. It shows how you can find your dance space anywhere, even outdoors.

About High-Energy Bhangra Fitness

These classes are designed to be a genuine stress-buster after your 9-to-5. We focus on high-intensity Bhangra moves that feel more like a Friday night party than a strict gym session, so you will burn calories without feeling like you are working out.

Why Bhangra Fitness?

It is the perfect balance of cardio and culture. Whether it is a new Karan Aujla track or a classic Punjabi beat, these moves get your heart rate up instantly. I keep the choreography simple so that even if you have two left feet, you can follow along without feeling judged.

How the session works

We start with a warm-up to loosen up, move into the high-intensity Bhangra and Bollywood peaks, and finish with a cool-down stretch. It is a 60-minute session on Zoom, meaning you can join from your living room, terrace, or wherever you find space.

What to expect

  • Zero choreography pressure: Just keep moving and keep smiling.
  • Full-body workout: You will work your core, legs, and arms while having fun.
  • Mood boost: It is my therapy after a long day of Excel sheets, and I promise it will be yours too.

I structure these sessions to fit into your evening schedule, usually around 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM. No fancy equipment is required, just your energy and a reliable internet connection.
