On our Zumba cheat days, we sometimes explore other styles like Belly Dance. This is a clip of me practicing a routine to "Dilbar," still learning but loving the process.

Who's in the mood for a little Bachata? We sometimes spice up our fitness routine with Latin styles like this dance to "Havana," which is great for working on hip movement and coordination.

We don't just stick to Bollywood tracks every single day. On days when I want to switch up the energy, we dive into the fluid moves of Belly Dance or the hip-shaking rhythms of Bachata. It is the perfect way to challenge your coordination and find a new way to sweat, regardless of your experience level.

Variety is the secret sauce to staying consistent with any fitness routine. When you stick to the same playlist and the same moves, your body gets used to the grind. That is why I love introducing different rhythms like Belly Dance and Bachata into our weekly mix.
