Don't stress about being perfect. I am not a professional choreographer, and that is the point of these sessions. We focus on 'feel-good' movement over technical precision. If you are looking for a workout that feels like hanging out with friends while burning 400 to 600 calories, this is it.
How Our Classes Work
I structure my 60-minute virtual sessions to be more than just cardio. We start with basic isolation movements to get the blood flowing and prevent injury. From there, we move into the peak intensity phase, which is a mix of Bollywood, Punjabi, and Latin tracks. Think of it as a playlist that keeps the energy high so you do not even realize you are working out. We always finish with a cool-down session of slow-paced stretching to help with recovery.
