I always have a love for Latin tracks, and "Muevelo" is no exception. This is a high-energy dance fitness routine that will get you moving.
My choreography for "Señorita" came out as smooth as butter. This is one of my favorite routines, full of groovy moves and Latin flavor.
Dancing to the track "Calor" by Nicky Jam. This is such a fun song to move to, and the routine is perfect for a high-energy Latin dance workout.

What to Expect in Class
- High-Octane Cardio: 60 minutes of non-stop movement. We start with a warm-up, dive into the routine, and finish with a cool down.
- Inclusive Environment: You will see all kinds of people in our Sarjapur and Jayanagar studios. We don't judge; we just hype each other up.
