Ditch the generic gym routines and build a body that actually works for you. I focus on functional movement, proper form, and real strength goals in our DLF Phase 4 studio.

Strength training is for everyone, and I make sure my female clients feel empowered lifting weights. Here, a client performs a barbell deadlift, an essential compound exercise for building full body strength and improving bone density.

The overhead press is a fundamental exercise for building strong shoulders and a stable core. This client demonstrates excellent form, pressing the barbell directly overhead while keeping her core tight.

Proper coaching makes all the difference in heavy lifts. I am closely supervising this client's form during a heavy trap bar deadlift to ensure his back remains straight and the lift is performed safely and effectively.

The trap bar deadlift is a fantastic alternative to the conventional deadlift, as it puts less stress on the lower back. This client is shown at the top of the movement, maintaining a strong, upright posture.

Here is the starting position for a trap bar deadlift. Notice how the client keeps his chest up and back flat, ready to drive through his legs to lift the weight. This form is crucial for a safe and powerful lift.

I am guiding a client through a kettlebell deadlift, focusing on the hip hinge movement. Correcting form at the most basic level is key to preventing injury as we add more weight and complexity.

This is a great full body combination move: a weighted squat into a curl and press. It’s an efficient exercise that builds strength, improves coordination, and gets your heart rate up, making it great for fat loss.

The kettlebell swing is one of the best exercises for developing power in your hips and improving cardiovascular fitness. Here, a client executes the swing with a powerful hip thrust, which is the key to the movement.

Personal training is about partnership. Here, I am spotting a client during a dumbbell row and providing guidance on a cable machine exercise, ensuring he gets the most out of every single repetition.

In our premium personal training zone, I provide one on one attention to help clients perfect their form, like in this goblet squat. This dedicated space ensures you can focus completely on your workout without distractions.

About Personalized Strength & Conditioning

Before we start, I do not believe in one-size-fits-all routines. Whether you are a total newbie or a seasoned athlete, I assess your current movement patterns and capacity first. We won’t just count reps; I will teach you the proper hip hinge and bracing techniques so you can lift heavy without hurting your lower back, regardless of whether we are using kettlebells, TRX, or free weights.
