Since we keep the moves desk-friendly, your team does not need to change into gym gear, so they can join in their regular office wear and get back to work feeling loose and energized.
Long hours at a desk usually lead to one thing, a stiff neck and a drained spirit. We do not believe in turning your office into a silent, serious yoga retreat. Our approach is about practical relief, using simple stretches and breathwork that target the tech-neck and lower back tension that builds up after hours of staring at monitors.
We keep the format flexible. Whether your team needs a one-off stress-busting session or a regular wellness program, we bring the energy to you. Each 45 to 60 minute session is a mix of:
