Empowering Women Runners

Running is more than just logging miles. It is about breaking barriers, listening to your body, and reclaiming your space on the road. Let’s train on your terms.

I ran this half marathon on the first day of my menstrual cycle, not to prove a point, but because I can. My coaching encourages women to listen to their bodies, not societal myths. Menstruation is a part of life, not a limitation.

For many, seeing a woman run still feels unusual. This video captures that reality. I am dedicated to changing this perception and creating a world where a woman choosing her health and her passion is celebrated, not questioned.

As a female runner, I've faced disrespectful comments and felt unsafe on the roads. I run to reclaim my space and advocate for a country where every woman can pursue her dreams without fear. True independence is when all of us are safe.

This transformation from 2018 to 2024 is about more than fitness; it's about a woman choosing to prioritize herself. I coach women to break free from the guilt of self-care and to build a life on their own terms, because a healthy woman empowers her entire family.

This post-run photo is a celebration of strength and resilience. I work to bust myths about women's capabilities during their period and encourage an open dialogue about health, helping female athletes train in sync with their bodies.

This chart shows the splits from my half marathon run during my period. It's data-backed proof that performance is possible at any time of the month. My coaching helps women understand and work with their unique hormonal cycles.

This data summary, including a high VO2 max and good sleep score, was recorded during my menstrual cycle. It reinforces the fact that with proper training and body awareness, women can maintain peak fitness throughout the month.

About this collection

Training does not pause because of your period. I help you track your hormonal cycle and adjust intensity, not just because it is healthy, but because you deserve to train smart. Whether it is managing symptoms or hitting a personal best during the first day of your cycle, we use real data to prove performance is possible at any stage of the month.

Many women hesitate to start running because of safety fears on Delhi roads or myths about what they can and cannot do. My coaching for women addresses these realities head-on.

How We Train

  • Cycle Syncing: We track your hormonal rhythm to adjust intensity, recovery, and nutrition. Performance is not one-size-fits-all, and understanding your unique cycle is a massive advantage.
  • Safety & Confidence: I coach you to build the physical strength and mental toughness required to feel empowered, not vulnerable, whether you are on a local track or a city road in the NCR.
  • Myth Busting: We move past the outdated ideas that periods are a weakness or that you must slow down. Strength includes knowing when to push and when to recover.

I train across Delhi NCR. We focus on listening to your body, not the noise around you. If you are tired of being told what you 'can't' do, let us change the conversation. Reach out to discuss a plan that actually respects your life and your goals.
