Turn screen time into green time with our guided eco-missions for kids. We teach practical sustainability through fun, hands-on activities that turn young ones into conscious citizens.

Introducing our Planet Protectors summer program. This online campaign guides young eco-heroes through exciting environmental missions, allowing them to choose challenges and earn certificates for their efforts.

A look at the super fun missions for our Planet Protectors. Kids can choose to become a 'Black Goldsmith' by composting, a 'Blue Guardian' by saving water, or a 'Reuse Ranger' by bringing back dadi-nani era habits.

Here’s how our Planet Protectors program works. Each mission includes a guided session, a follow-up Q&A, and community progress tracking, with a certificate awarded for every completed mission.

Meet one of our 'Reuse Rangers' in action. After learning to make newspaper bags in our online workshop, Mishika is ready to distribute them to local shopkeepers, providing a real alternative to plastic bags.

Another one of our proud 'Reuse Rangers', Kashvi, showcasing the newspaper bags she made. These kids are the real Planet Protectors, taking practical steps to create a zero-waste future.

Our online sessions are full of practical tips. Here, we're showing kids how they can easily grow carrots at home from carrot tops, a simple and fun way to reduce kitchen waste and learn about gardening.

Kids in a residential society learning to make rose bio-enzyme from discarded flowers. This hands-on workshop teaches them how to turn floral waste into a useful, natural cleaning solution.

An invitation to our 'Recycle with Rose' workshop for kids. This session teaches children how to create a skin-friendly solution from discarded rose flowers, turning waste into a valuable product.

An announcement for our 'Be a Clean Street Champ' online session. This mission teaches kids about the problem of trash mountains and empowers them to take action for cleaner streets.

About Planet Protectors: Fun Missions for Kids

Unlike standard summer camps, our Planet Protectors program treats sustainability as a series of achievable adventures. Whether it is turning kitchen scraps into compost or crafting bio-enzymes from citrus peels, these missions are designed to be completed at home, giving kids an immediate sense of accomplishment and a real-world understanding of waste reduction.

At Zero Waste Gurgaon, we believe climate action is not just for adults. Our online Planet Protectors program breaks down complex environmental challenges into bite-sized missions that kids can actually handle. We do not rely on preachy lectures. Instead, we bring back the wisdom of the dadi-nani era, emphasizing simple, common-sense habits that save resources and money.

Each module covers a specific skill. Kids can become a 'Black Goldsmith' by learning to compost kitchen scraps in earthen pots or act as a 'Blue Guardian' for water conservation. They get hands-on experience using materials they already have at home. For example, in our 'Reuse Ranger' sessions, children learn how to craft bags from old newspapers, cutting down on single-use plastic waste immediately.

We keep sessions interactive, usually lasting 45 to 60 minutes, with plenty of time for questions. Every child who completes a mission receives a digital certificate, providing that extra boost of motivation. These missions are perfect for weekends or school holidays, fitting easily into a busy family schedule. If you want your child to understand how their daily choices impact the planet, these workshops offer a practical, engaging starting point.
